The last couple weeks I’ve been in a classic ‘do as I say and not as I do’ scenario. Thankfully, we’ve been swamped with work. We feel fortunate to have a full work schedule that’s keeping us busy. On the flip side, work for our clients translates into droughts on our blog. This is where the ‘do as I say’ part comes into play. I constantly preach post consistency to our clients that have a blog. I’m a firm believer that you get the most value out of a blog by posting a minimum of twice a week (three to seven times a week is preferred). Obviously, I haven’t lived up to my own advice.
Well, I’m happy to announce that we’re taking steps to make sure we live up to our own advice in the future. I’m going to continue bringing you my thoughts (more frequently than once a week), but we’re also working hard to put together a whole new catalogue of content. In fact, we’re going to be launching a series of columns and features on our blog. Our new pieces will feature entrepreneurs, designers, marketing folks and experts in a range of industries, covering a wide variety of subjects. We’re extremely excited about this content, because we’re taking a unique approach that I believe folks will find entertaining and helpful.
So, please keep an eye out for the new pieces headed your way. We will be introducing the first series in two weeks. And if you’re someone with a unique perspective that would like to participate, give me a shout. We’re always looking for entrepreneurs, designers, marketing geniuses and other professional experts who can bring some fresh ideas.
