Chefs Andy Ticer and Michael Hudman are widely known for their addictive food found on Brookhaven Circle. Having already worked with Harvest for Hog & Hominy and Andrew Michael Italian Kitchen, when it was time to open Porcellino’s Craft Butcher, a community butcher shop and cafe, the chefs turned to Harvest once again to build a unique brand that delivered on their vision.

Develop a unique communication strategy positioning Porcellino’s as a “Craft Butcher” to differentiate the premium shop from other butcher shops in the area. Build the Porcellino’s brand, like to-go packaging, signage and packaging for shelf goods, in one month to be ready for a quick opening. Unite all aspects of the brand from the logo, to-go items, signage and packaging for shelf goods to the website and digital experience.

The Result

Porcellino’s has opened to great acclaim, and the phrase “Craft Butcher” can be found echoed throughout their press coverage. The brand and all materials were pulled together in record time to be ready for an impressive launch date. The Porcellino’s work has won numerous awards including Regional and National ADDYs for the Spices of Life packaging.
