Harvest is looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Producer to join our team. The right candidate has a foundational background in digital marketing, but is interested in developing their skills further. They are curious about how interactive media work together to meet clients’ goals and ready to help the rubber meet the road. Working to support our Digital Strategist and Digital Media Leads, this person will learn via doing: implementing digital advertising campaigns for clients, monitoring them, checking for quality assurance and building out reporting. The ideal candidate will also bring a sense of organization to the role, ensuring processes are followed and quality assurance is met.
This position is full-time but flexible, and could be done via a hybrid mix of in-office and at-home working, or fully in our office in downtown Memphis, TN.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist Marketing Strategist and Digital Media Lead in all tasks related to campaign planning, implementation, and optimization
- Monitor, evaluate and report digital campaign performances from launch to completion, keeping documentation of changes and updates
- Work with the development team to ensure analytic tags are placed properly so that reporting requirements are met
- Execute basic project management activities, for example ensuring processes and timelines are are being followed, assisting in identifying issues that might impact project timeframes and scope, documenting progress, etc
Position Preferences: The ideal candidate will check most of the following boxes, and be excited to learn the rest:
- 1-2 years of digital marketing experience
- Strong foundational quantitative and analytical skills
- Proficient in the use of Google Suite products, from Documents, Sheets, Slides, etc. We work collaboratively with these tools in real time.
- Basic experience with Google Analytics (GA4 a plus), Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Google My Business and a curiosity to work deeper with these tools
- Basic knowledge of search engine marketing & optimization
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and other platform specific business management tools
- A natural desire to research and educate yourself (and the team) about emerging technology and tools
- With all this said, we prefer you to admit when you don’t know what you don’t know. We’re here to grow together, and the ideal candidate can admit what they need to develop. Tactics can (and should) be taught. Curiosity is more important than knowledge.
